In this lecture Professor Zach Murphy will be teaching you about the neuromuscular junction and go into detail on the sliding filament theory. During part 3 of this series we talk about calcium's effect on the myofilaments, the cross bridge formation, and how that will affect the A bands, I bands, and Z discs. We also talk about the repolarization of the cell, and the movement of calcium back into the sarcoplasmic reticulum.
