The digital presentation will begin with the diagnostic approach, highlighting the criteria for Metabolic Syndrome diagnosis and the importance of body mass index (BMI) for assessing obesity. Finally, we will review management strategies for both conditions, emphasizing lifestyle modifications such as diet, exercise, and in some cases, pharmacotherapy and bariatric surgery for obesity.
